No. Clients may cancel appointments on the website up until 2 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Within 2 hours of appointment, if a client wishes to cancel, they must call the shop and speak to their barber/stylist directly. Text messages are NOT accepted.

Yes. No Call/No Show fees are $20 for each appoitnment missed.

No Call/No Show fees must be paid in full prior to the next scheduled appointment.

No. By law, it is illegal for services to be rendered to customers if it has been determined that cuts, sores or abrasions are present on the scalp.
