  • Are Walk-Ins welcome?
    Yes, however we work predominately on an Appointment based schedule. Its FREE to schedule an appointment. Our philosophy is that you shouldn't have to sit and wait in the shop for hours to be serviced when scheduling is so easy.
  • How do I Cancel or Reschedule my Appointment?
    Click > Drop Down Menu (on Top Right) Click > Your Name There you can manage your account and appointments
  • What is a Basic Haircut?
    A basic haircut is an even all-over (one length), also referred to as a Ceasar or Quovadis. Includes a line-up. Does NOT include any fading or tapering.
  • Do you cut children's hair?
    Yes, we begin servicing children at the age of 4. For scheduling purposes, prices for children are for those who are 4-12 years of age.
  • Do you serve alcohol?
    Yes, (1) complimentary Beer or Wine is offered to our Clients who are 21 years of age or older and who book our VIP or Premier Package Service.
  • Do you sell alcohol?
    No, we do NOT sale alcohol.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    No. Clients may cancel appointments on the website up until 2 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Within 2 hours of appointment, if a client wishes to cancel, they must call the shop and speak to their barber/stylist directly. Text messages are NOT accepted. Shop phone number (254) 251-3025
  • Is there a No Call/No Show fee?
    Yes. No Call/No Show fees are $20 for each appoitnment missed. No Call/No Show fees must be paid in full prior to the next scheduled appointment.
  • What are the requirments for a Military Haircut Service?
    Both must apply: 1) It must be Tuesday 2) Service Member must be in uniform
  • Will I be serviced if I have open sores or abrasions in my head?
    No. By law, it is illegal for services to be rendered to customers if it has been determined that cuts, sores or abrasions are present on the scalp. Those customers who suffer from Ecsema or Psoriasis may still be serviced at the discretion of the Barber/Stylist
